Ages 3 and up. The set includes 24 small ornaments, which are small parts: keep it away from children under 3 and supervise young kids while they hang their ornament.
Do I have to fill it or add anything?+
No. All 24 ornaments are included. No candy, no trips to the store, nothing to prep. Open the box and start on Day 1.
Can we use it again next year?+
Yes, that is the whole point. Pack the ornaments into the Keepsake Kit™ storage box in January and bring the tree back out every December.
How big is it?+
It is a tabletop tree. It sits comfortably on a mantel, a side table, or a child’s dresser without taking over the room.
Is it wooden?+
Yes. The tree and the 24 ornaments are wooden with painted details and small metal hooks, so they hold up to little hands and to being packed away each year.
When should we start?+
Most families start on December 1 and hang the last ornament on Christmas Eve (24 days). You can start any day you like and count down to the 24th.
Will it arrive in time for December 1?+
Yes, if you order early. Orders placed by November 20 are expected to arrive before December 1 in the US. We will show the current delivery estimate above the Add to Cart button.
What if something arrives damaged?+
That is covered by the Keep-It-Forever Promise™. If any ornament or the tree arrives damaged, we replace it free within 30 days. And if your family does not make it a tradition, we will refund your order.
